Results from the national Return to Work Survey show the strength and consistency of workplace influence on employee RTWIn the first article on workplace influence on return to work (using results from a Safe Work Australia publication) we explored the influence of the workplace culture and approach on return to work. In part 2 we look at the results of employer contact following the injury.
Contact with the employee improves the likelihood of return to work. Who makes contact is less important than contact being made.
And earlier contact improves return to work results.
