Biography

Elena is a rehabilitation professional who is passionate about all aspects of workers compensation, return-to-work management and occupational health and safety.  Elena works with stakeholders to identify and develop relevant content.

Her varied experience includes working complex cases in prisons, the mental health field, police, hospitals, education and manufacturing, with a particular focus on resolving return-to-work issues for non-English speaking workers.

Her strengths lie in allied health leadership and team building. Over the years, Elena has developed skills and expertise in business development and growth management, product development and rollout, as well as quality assurance programmes and continuous improvement.
